How a Single Bloom Became a Ritual of Restoration 🌸

Dear Reader,

Last Friday, May 2nd, I started welcoming back something that feels sacred to me — Flower Friday.

It began quietly on June 9, 2021. I had signed up for a weekly summer flower subscription from a local farm — just a simple gesture, a bouquet of blooms picked up each Friday morning. But when I arrived that first week, something in me shifted. The farm landscape was calm, free-spirited, and welcoming. As I stepped into that field, arms full of flowers and heart full of stillness, I knew I had stumbled into something meaningful.

Without thinking, I recorded a short video. I shared a glimpse of that moment on Instagram. The next week, I did it again. And again. And slowly, it became a ritual — not just for me, but for the beautiful women in this community who began following along, connecting with the idea of a weekly gift to themselves.

Flower Friday isn’t just about flowers.
It’s about tending to what’s sacred.
It’s about creating space — one stem, one pause, one breath at a time.

At Restored by Donna Sarah, this is the essence of everything we do.

🌸 Just as flowers bloom in their own time and in their own way — you, too, have a unique rhythm.
🌿 Just as each flower needs the right conditions to thrive — your life, your body, and your soul deserve care designed with you in mind.

That’s why the Restorative Wellness Method is deeply personal. Whether it’s one-on-one support or joining the Still Point Sanctuary membership, every offering is rooted in the belief that restoration isn’t a formula — it’s a feeling. One we arrive at gently, and together.

This season, let Flower Friday be your reminder:

  • To create your own ritual of beauty and nourishment
  • To choose softness over striving
  • To return to yourself in small, sacred ways

I’ll be sharing more this Friday — in the meantime enjoy the photos and video from that very first Flower Friday back in 2021. I hope it inspires you to pick up even a single bloom, bring it home, and make space for it to live beside you for the week.

Because your restoration matters.
And sometimes, healing starts with a flower in a jar.

With deep love,
Sarah

✨ P.S. If you’re ready to work together this season — one-on-one or inside the Still Point Sanctuary — I’d love to meet you right where you are. You don’t need to change to belong. You just need to show up.

Hello Reader, The beginning of summer always feels like a deep inhale — a pause before the fullness of the season settles in. This month, I’m doing a lot of quiet tending: to my garden, to my business, to the ideas that have been blooming behind the scenes. While there aren’t any big events on my calendar just yet, I’m preparing something special for you — and for myself. Because even when we’re not “doing” as much, we’re still becoming something new. This is the energy I’m bringing into...

Hello beautiful soul, One thing I’ve learned from years of practicing and teaching yoga is this: Every day is uncharted. Each moment offers us a fresh opportunity — to shift, to blend, to soften, and to say yes to what truly serves. That’s exactly what this email is about. Saying yes. 🌟 I’m opening myself up to new opportunities — and I’m bringing you with me. In July, I’m collaborating with someone I deeply admire: Cara D’Orazio, founder of CGM Fitness, a certified personal trainer with over...

Hello Reader, Hold onto your hats — I’ve stepped out to the edge of the planks on this one. I’m venturing into something completely new… and I want to bring you along for the ride. For the very first time, I’ve submitted an application to join something called a BUNDLE. And I’ll be honest — I didn’t even know what that meant when I first heard the term. So, in case you’re wondering too — here’s what a bundle is: A bundle is a curated collaboration of digital products, practices, and offerings...
