The Rest You’ve Been Waiting For


Dear Reader,

As the last weeks of summer stretch out before us, I know how tempting it is to pack in just one more trip, visit, or getaway. Schedules shift, back-to-school energy creeps in, and before we know it we’re rushing through what was meant to be the restful season.

That’s why I’m inviting you to pause with me.

I was recently featured on FOX, NBC, ABC, and CBS for my work helping women just like you move from burnout to balance. In the interview, I shared my journey and how I’ve created a unique path that blends yoga, Reiki, sound healing, and deep rest to support women navigating full lives.

One of the most powerful tools I offer? Restorative yoga; a practice centered on slowing down, resetting the nervous system, and allowing the body to deeply receive.

I’ve created a short video with a few of my favorite poses to help you start August with intention. These shapes are supportive, soft, and deeply restful. They invite you to fill up so you can give generously to those around you without depleting your own well.

I shared this in the Media Interview:

They may arrive overwhelmed and tired, and when the session is complete, their eyes are clear and smile soft. They know it’s a safe space to go inward and rest the brain to seek their soul’s truth.

I’ll be sharing more from my own life this month. The final touches in my yoga space, baking fresh fruit loaves for the winter, and some long-overdue visits with family. Even in the busyness, I’m anchoring into rest and I hope you’ll join me.
