Hello beautiful soul,
One thing I’ve learned from years of practicing and teaching yoga is this:
Every day is uncharted.
Each moment offers us a fresh opportunity — to shift, to blend, to soften, and to say yes to what truly serves.
That’s exactly what this email is about. Saying yes.
🌟 I’m opening myself up to new opportunities — and I’m bringing you with me.
In July, I’m collaborating with someone I deeply admire: Cara D’Orazio, founder of CGM Fitness, a certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in helping women find movement that feels good. Cara's approach is grounded in compassion and joy — just like ours. She meets you where you are, reminds you that wellness isn’t about intensity or perfection, and believes movement should feel like something you want to do, not something you “have” to.
Sound familiar?
Her quote says it best:
“Do you feel overwhelmed and intimidated at the thought of joining a gym?”
Yes. That’s exactly how so many of us feel about yoga studios, too.
✨ So, here’s what we’re doing:
On Monday, July 21st, at 9:45 am I’ll be joining Cara’s Butts & Guts virtual session — and I’ll be closing the class with a restorative sound healing experience designed to soothe the body and reset the nervous system.
The whole class is virtual, gentle, and completely come-as-you-are.
You can even show up in your pajamas. (I might!)
💌 I have a few free guest spots available — and I’d love to offer one to you.
If you’d like to join us, just reply to this email with your name and email address, and I’ll add you to the guest list. No form. No fuss. Just a warm invitation from me to you.
This Kind of Movement Matters
While I love yoga and the rituals we share, I also bring other forms of gentle movement into my personal routine — like low-impact strength sessions, short YouTube workouts from Eva Fitness, and even a little Senior Shape (yes, really!).
These practices remind me that:
- Movement doesn’t have to be hard to be helpful
- Small, steady steps build strength, resilience, and joy
- Mixing things up keeps us fresh and curious — body, mind, and spirit
Whether it’s yoga, dancing around the kitchen, or joining a gentle “butts and guts” class, it’s all about what feels good in your body today.

I’m so excited to be collaborating with Cara and to share this with you — especially because it’s something new for both of our communities.
New doesn’t have to mean scary.
Sometimes it just means alive.
Let’s explore this together.
With warmth and curiosity,
Sarah
