I Said Yes to Something New 🌟 (And I Hope They Say Yes Back)


Hello Reader,

Hold onto your hats — I’ve stepped out to the edge of the planks on this one.

I’m venturing into something completely new… and I want to bring you along for the ride.

For the very first time, I’ve submitted an application to join something called a BUNDLE.

And I’ll be honest — I didn’t even know what that meant when I first heard the term.

So, in case you’re wondering too — here’s what a bundle is:

A bundle is a curated collaboration of digital products, practices, and offerings from heart-centered creators — think designers, artists, coaches, wellness teachers, and guides. It’s a way to explore new perspectives and gifts from a collective of voices, all in one place, at a fraction of the cost (or sometimes even free!).

And I’m thrilled to share that I’ve submitted my own offering for the upcoming Summer Bundle!

It includes two beautiful pieces of my heart:

  • ✨ A 15-minute Somatic Yoga Practice — a soulful, energizing session to shake off stress and reconnect with your body
  • 🌸 The Mini Gratitude Journal — morning and evening pages designed to help you reflect, reset, and ground your day with intention

This whole process has felt like walking into the unknown.
But that’s the beauty of it, isn’t it?

Just like stepping onto the yoga mat:
We arrive fresh, unknowing.
We don’t repeat, we reawaken.
Each pose is new. Each breath is a doorway.
It takes courage, softness, and curiosity — the same tools we use to navigate business, family, and daily life.

Trying something new — like this bundle — isn’t just about expanding my reach…
It’s about practicing what I teach.

💫 This is the Restorative Wellness Method in motion.
Showing up. Sitting in stillness. Moving with intention. Saying yes to the unknown.

And trusting that what unfolds will be just right.

I submitted my application last Friday, May 16th.
Now, I’m sitting with the hope (and yes, a little nervousness) that next week, I’ll receive that Yes, you're in email.

In the meantime — I’d love to share the 15-minute practice with you.

It’s one of my favorites — recorded in December 2024, set to music that instantly lights me up.

This practice is playful, flowy, and deeply releasing. It moves stress out of the body and makes space for joy.
