A heartfelt thank you + 12 minutes to end your year with ease ✨

Hello Reader,

As we step into the final month of the year, I can’t help but reflect on the journey we’ve been on together over these last six months. Writing and sharing this newsletter has been such a meaningful milestone for me — one I thought about long before hitting "send" for the first time.

Thank you for opening these emails, showing up for yourself, and being a part of this community. Your support fuels my passion for this work and inspires the exciting opportunities we’re planning for 2025. I can't wait to keep growing with you in the year ahead!

But first, let’s talk about how to wrap up this year with ease, joy, and connection.

In Today’s Edition

  • It only takes 12 minutes a day to create end-of-year ease.
  • A behind the scenes look at what’s coming in 2025.
  • This community was made possible by people like you. Thank you.

On the Mat

Last month, we explored somatic yoga, a practice designed to help you connect with your body, release tension, and find emotional freedom. If you missed that newsletter (or if you’re a new subscriber), click here to check it out!

This December, I’m bringing you a new flow that’s perfect to incorporate into your morning and evening routines. I want you to think of this as your daily ritual for grounding and recharging during this busy season.

This 12-minute sequence includes soothing movements like Sufi grinds, lying-down rocking, knee kicks, and spinal waves, all set to uplifting music. It’s quick, fun, and restorative — exactly what you need to navigate the excitement and stress of the holidays.

Adding this quick flow into your schedule will help you:

😨 Release repressed emotions

🌱 Ground your energy for the day

If you really want to create a strong morning or evening routine, you can pair this flow with a moment of reflection using your Divine Gratitude journal.

If you do this, send me a photo of your setup — I’d love to see how you’re creating space for stillness and ease this season!

Exciting Things to Come in 2025

I’ve been hard at work with my team, and I feel so much joy about what we’re creating that I knew I needed to share a glimpse of what’s on the horizon next year. Here’s a sneak peek at how you can continue your yoga journey with me in new and exciting ways:

1️⃣ Membership Launch

Starting in January, we’re combining the Harmony Within series with a new membership that includes weekly virtual yoga practices via Zoom on Tuesdays at 7:30pm ET. This will be an accessible way to deepen your practice and connect with a supportive community. There will be BONUSES so stay tuned!

2️⃣ Enhanced 1:1 Offerings

I’m redesigning my private yoga classes to include access to all workshops, membership meetings, and two retreats. Book a call with me to discuss the details by 12/18 to lock in 2024 prices and to get a Bonus - 3 Reiki Sessions or 2 VIP Zoom Sessions!

3️⃣ Free Masterclass

To show my appreciation, I’ll be hosting a free masterclass on January 11th at 9am ET for anyone who’s purchased the Divine Gratitude journal. Register here!

2025 is going to be filled with connection, growth, and opportunities to practice together in ways that feel aligned and joyful. I can’t wait to share it all with you.

Elevate Your Daily Life

Designed to help you elevate your daily life through the power of thankfulness, the Divine Gratitude journal is a harmonious blend of morning inspiration, evening reflections, and gratitude challenges that encourage self-reflection and foster a positive mindset. Divine Gratitude is not just a journal; it's a companion on your journey to a more fulfilling and appreciative life where every page is a stepping stone toward nurturing your heart and embracing gratitude — one day at a time.

Final Thoughts

This newsletter wouldn’t be possible without you. Thank you for showing up, sharing your practice, and making this community a space where we can grow together. If you know someone who’d love to join us, forward this email to them — I’d love to welcome you to this space!

Hi Reader, Let’s talk about one of my favorite restorative poses of all time: Viparita Karani — Elevated Legs Up the Wall You don’t need to be a seasoned yogi to practice this pose. You don’t even need a mat.Just a wall (or a chair, or a bench) and a few quiet minutes. It’s not just one pose — it’s four restful shapes in one. That’s right — four. ✨ Butterfly Pose — soles of the feet together, knees wide✨ Wide-Leg Forward Fold — legs open in a relaxed “V”✨ Reverse Child’s Pose — hug your knees...

Hi Reader, The Summer Solstice marked the longest day of light — a time of fullness, fire, and outward bloom. But let’s be honest: with the light comes a lot. More plans. More people. More to manage. If you’ve ever felt overstimulated by summer — the social invites, the heat, the endless decisions — you’re not alone. That’s why I created our latest Still Point Sanctuary session: “Steady Through the Solstice: Energy, Ease & Sacred Summer Rituals.” And today, I’m sharing a small piece of it...

Dear Reader, At the end of May, I packed my car, said goodbye to my to-do list, and set off for something I hadn't planned, researched, or even fully understood — a women’s retreat at a place called Light on the Hill. I signed up back in January without hesitation. A dear friend asked, and I said yes before I even looked at the retreat details. You know those moments when something just feels right? That was this. No passport. No airports. No detailed itinerary.Just a peaceful drive through...
