A heartfelt thank you + 12 minutes to end your year with ease ✨

Hello Reader,

As we step into the final month of the year, I can’t help but reflect on the journey we’ve been on together over these last six months. Writing and sharing this newsletter has been such a meaningful milestone for me — one I thought about long before hitting "send" for the first time.

Thank you for opening these emails, showing up for yourself, and being a part of this community. Your support fuels my passion for this work and inspires the exciting opportunities we’re planning for 2025. I can't wait to keep growing with you in the year ahead!

But first, let’s talk about how to wrap up this year with ease, joy, and connection.

In Today’s Edition

  • It only takes 12 minutes a day to create end-of-year ease.
  • A behind the scenes look at what’s coming in 2025.
  • This community was made possible by people like you. Thank you.

On the Mat

Last month, we explored somatic yoga, a practice designed to help you connect with your body, release tension, and find emotional freedom. If you missed that newsletter (or if you’re a new subscriber), click here to check it out!

This December, I’m bringing you a new flow that’s perfect to incorporate into your morning and evening routines. I want you to think of this as your daily ritual for grounding and recharging during this busy season.

This 12-minute sequence includes soothing movements like Sufi grinds, lying-down rocking, knee kicks, and spinal waves, all set to uplifting music. It’s quick, fun, and restorative — exactly what you need to navigate the excitement and stress of the holidays.

Adding this quick flow into your schedule will help you:

😨 Release repressed emotions

🌱 Ground your energy for the day

If you really want to create a strong morning or evening routine, you can pair this flow with a moment of reflection using your Divine Gratitude journal.

If you do this, send me a photo of your setup — I’d love to see how you’re creating space for stillness and ease this season!

Hi Reader, As the year comes to a close, I want to offer you a different kind of reflection, one rooted in celebration, not judgment. Before you think about goals or resolutions, I invite you to simply remember. Take out your calendar, month by month, and look back at the year you lived: Places you went Events you attended Work you created Conversations that mattered Moments of joy And yes, moments of concern or sadness All of it belongs. All of it makes up your year. So often we forget what...

Hi Reader, Today is the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year and the turning point where light slowly begins to return. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect moment to offer you this message: You have permission to pause. These last weeks of the year often come with a quiet pressure one more task, one more hour, one more thing to finish before we “stop.” But here’s the truth: when we push past the moments meant to fill us, the work we rush through rarely satisfies us professionally or...

Hello Reader, December asks a lot of us. More commitments. More travel. More movement. More emotions. More everything. Which is why this month, I’m practicing focusing on the pause between things. This could be a moment to breathe before I click into the next tab, a stretch after I close my laptop, or a deep breath before another conversation, another errand, another batch of holiday baking, another task. These tiny rituals are what I call Yoga Snacks — nourishing, doable moments of movement,...
