Think Bigger Mini Workshop

A few weeks ago, my friend, bestselling author, and colleague in the coaching industry, Andrea Liebross, presented her Big Thinking Framework for Female Entrepreneurs workshop at the Jamestown Small Business Development Center in western New York.

I, along with 29 other incredible women business owners, had the opportunity to network, learn strategies to think bigger about our businesses, and achieve the focus and freedom to kickstart our progress for the end of the year.

Andrea’s insights on navigating fear, focusing on the bigger picture, and stepping into a mindset of abundance were exactly what I needed. Her teachings on how to align your vision with your daily habits and create structure around your goals left me feeling inspired and empowered.

I learned so much about everything that goes into hosting a workshop event, from planning and logistics to marketing and promotion to attendee experience. I’m so happy she agreed to visit and offer the women in the community I call home the opportunity to experience the Big Thinking Mindset.

As I reflect on the day, I can’t help but draw parallels to our practice of yoga and meditation — it’s all about finding harmony between ambition and ease, structure and flow, action and stillness. I’m looking forward to bringing these lessons into our upcoming retreats!

In-Person Half-Day Retreat

I’m thrilled to announce that on November 16th, I’ll be hosting my quarterly half-day retreat in the warm, peaceful atmosphere of my home. The Embrace Stillness, Embrace You: A Retreat to Rediscover Peace, Purpose, and Rest experience is designed to give you space for deep rest and inner connection, allowing you to step away from your busy life for a few hours and refocus on your well-being.

We’ll gather together in an intimate setting, moving through a gentle restorative yoga practice, engaging in moments of reflection, and enjoying the soothing company of like-minded women. Between sessions, we’ll break for tea and snacks, and you’ll leave feeling restored ( goodie bag in hand).

⏰ Time: 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET

📍 Location: My home (details provided upon registration)

💰 Investment: $249 until October 1st (normally $270)
